Weekly Challange

Everyone trying the challenge for the week

1 Muscle up
20 Straight Bar Dips
1 Muscle up
15 Dips
1 Muscle up
10 Dips
1 Muscle up
5 Dips
10 Pull ups

We did it for the least amount of breaks to finish. After this we practiced our skills and then a second workout which we be posted later.
