Freddy Ping’s Upper Body Workout Routine

Freddy has been training with us for about a year. With us he has learned a lot of freestyle movements and static skills, but on his own he has been training for about 10 years doing bodyweight exercises. When he is not practicing his skills he is working out on his basics. Here is a regular basic upper body routine he does to stay in shape.
25 Elevated push ups
15 Tricep extensions
10 Pull ups
15 Dips
5 Straight sit ups on the parallel bars
5 Side sit ups on each side on the parallel bars
He does this for as many full sets as he can in a hour. All of this is considered one full set. Watch the video below to see the full demonstration of a each exercise
