Hello everyone. I had the honor of attending the Fibo in Koln (Cologne), Germany. It boasts the largest fitness expo in the world. Definitely the biggest from all the ones I have ever visited. I was there for 4 days thursday, friday were only open to fitness professionals and saturday, sunday for the general public. I was invited by Dennis Ratano to be at the Baristi Workout Booth. They had a bar set up provided by Bar Mania Pro, and shared the booth with Mens Health Germany.

We had really early mornings maybe 7am to get breakfast than head straight to the expo. We performed 4 shows a day, just about every 2 hours. I had a pain in my shoulder so I didn’t get too much involved. In-between shows I walked around and got to check out other booths. I seen all sort of wacky devices, and for the first time a significant amount of bar set ups for sale. Shows we are impacting the global market. I got to meet the Hodge Twins aka Twinmuscle over at the gym sharks booth. They are cool guys.

Saturday was the king of the bar event which I will link down below. It is a 16 man elimination contest. 1 vs 1 than based on the judges decision the winner moves on to battle the person who also won their first round battle. I had the honor of judging along side Adam Raw, Dejan Stipke Stipic, and the World Champion of 2014 Eryc PiTt. It was very exciting event with some very hard decisions. The winner ended up being Vadim Oleynik from the Ukraine. A very powerful endurance and strength athlete who has many years in.

Sunday was Queen of the Bar the female equivalent of King of the Bar. Along with a weighted pull up and weighted dip competition. I can’t find the weighted portion of the video but Queen of the Bar is down below.
