Recently I traveled to Bangkok on a vacation. During my stay there I had the pleasure of meeting Book, he is a calisthenics celebrity in Thailand. He made a bunch of local tv shows and newspaper. He was and is the current record holder for the longest human flag with a person on top. I had the honor of training with him as well as watching him set a brand new record. Here is the video
