If you are a looking for a calisthenics workout program for beginners or simply how to start calisthenics our programs offer a tier system. This means that you will be started from a beginner stance and guided upwards to more difficult skills and more difficult workouts. You will not be expected to do a Hefesto or a Muscle up workout on your first try. Everything is broken down to progressions. Even the simplest progressions for someone who can’t perform a pull up or a push up. We all started somewhere, we understand this and plan for this. We equipped each of our programs for a very vertical approach with just the right amount of skills and workouts to take you to the next level. You will be reaching a new level of calisthenics / street workout every week. You will be shocked on how far you have come in the end and how fast you did it.
Advanced? Don’t worry you can skip ahead like we mentioned earlier each program has a very vertical approach. If you are not challenged at the beginning I guarantee you will be.
